Born From the Golden Age of Hot Rodding

Cool Arrow Performance Products is rooted in the history of American hot rodding and drag racing.

In the early days, hot rodders were innovators. They modified engines, built their own parts, and raced on the dry lakes of Southern California. As drag racing emerged in the 1950s and '60s, pioneers like Vic Edelbrock, Ed Iskenderian, Stuart Hilborn, Phil Weiand and Mickey Thompson transformed those racing experiments into the speed equipment that defined an era.

These weren't simply aftermarket parts.

They were the tools of innovation.

Cast aluminum intake manifolds, fuel systems, valve covers, headers and other specialty components became icons of the traditional hot rod and drag racing world.

From Mickey Thompson to Arias

Mickey Thompson was one of the era's greatest innovators, developing both race cars and performance equipment that pushed American racing forward.

Some of those legendary designs eventually found their way through Parker and, later, Arias Components.

Today, Cool Arrow is proud to preserve that legacy.

We own original tooling and molds associated with historic Parker and Mickey Thompson designs, allowing us to bring these pieces of speed-equipment history back to life.

Preserving the Parts — and the Spirit

Cool Arrow parts are manufactured using traditional sand-cast 356 heat-treated aluminum, combined with modern machining and manufacturing techniques.

The goal isn't to make a modern part that looks vintage.

It's to preserve the character of the original.

The texture.
The proportions.
The details.
The history.
