All products offered by Nate’s Hot Rod Garage and Cool Arrow Performance Products are aftermarket automotive parts. Installation and use of these products may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death.

Nate’s Hot Rod Garage and Cool Arrow Performance Products expressly disclaim any and all liability for damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from the installation, use, misuse, modification, or inability to use any product sold.

The purchaser and/or installer assumes full responsibility and all associated risks related to the installation and operation of these products. Improper installation, failure to follow proper safety procedures, or use outside the intended application may result in serious damage or injury.

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Nate’s Hot Rod Garage and Cool Arrow Performance Products are not responsible for errors in installation, vehicle damage, or component failure resulting from improper installation or use.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all products are installed and used in compliance with applicable manufacturer guidelines, vehicle specifications, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By purchasing, installing, or using these products, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nate’s Hot Rod Garage, Cool Arrow Performance Products, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to the use of these products.
